What this service is

General wellness guidance: coaching, training programmes and meal plans, generated for you from what you tell us. It is not a medical service.

What this service is not

It does not diagnose. It does not treat. It does not advise on medication. It does not replace your doctor, a registered dietitian, or a physiotherapist, and it will tell you to see one rather than work around a symptom. If something you describe suggests you need medical attention, the assistant stops and says so — that response is written by people and reviewed by a clinician, and the model cannot override it.

Before you start training

You complete PAR-Q+ at signup. If your answers indicate you should speak to a doctor first, we will ask you to, and some features stay closed until you confirm you have. Answer it honestly; it is the only thing standing between you and a programme that is wrong for you.

Age

You must be 18 or over to use WellnessApp.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the term you choose (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months) at the price shown on our pricing when you buy. They renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@wellnessapp.ai. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time, and ask us to delete what is attached to it. We can close an account that is used to attempt to extract medical advice the service is built not to give, or to abuse another user or the service itself.
