Privacy
Draft. This describes how the product is built. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not yet the binding privacy notice.
What we hold
Your account, your goals and your history. Your measurements. The answers you gave to the intake questionnaire and to PAR-Q+. The conditions, injuries, allergies and dietary preferences you told us about. Your training and nutrition logs. Your conversations with the assistant.
Health information
Conditions, medications, PAR-Q+ answers and measurements are the sensitive category. They are encrypted at rest on the columns that carry them, access to them is logged, and they are excluded from analytics exports by default rather than by filter — that is, an export has to be deliberately widened to include them rather than deliberately narrowed to exclude them.
The assistant
Your messages and the relevant part of your profile are sent to a language model to generate a reply. Prompt and completion logging is scrubbed of the fields that identify you. Your data is not used to train a public model.
Partners
When you reach WellnessApp through a partner — their website, their app, or their branded subdomain — your record belongs to that partner's tenant and is not visible to any other tenant. The partner sees what their agreement with you says they see. They do not get your conversations by default.
What you can ask for
A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything attached to it. Ask at privacy@wellnessapp.ai.
