Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing term (monthly, 3, 6 or 12 months). You can cancel whenever you like, from Plans in the app or by emailing support@wellnessapp.ai. There is no cancellation fee.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep everything your plan includes until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your profile, history and plans are kept unless you ask us to delete your account.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a term. The exceptions are a charge made in error, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you had already cancelled — tell us within 30 days and we will refund it in full to the card that paid.

Price changes

If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will email you at least 14 days before it does. You can cancel before then.
